Early Childhood Councils
Waiver Application Review Process

Per Colorado Revised Statute 26.5-2-207, Early Childhood Councils may submit a rule waiver request to the Early Childhood Leadership Commission for any rule that would prevent a Council from implementing council projects related to the minimum duties and functions defined in 8 CCR 1401-1.305(A). Please Note: State statutes cannot be waived.
